1. DSDM Cancellation Policy

   You have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the items. If you wish to cancel your order, please email info@dsdm.org and inform us as soon as possible. Items must be returned to us in their original packaging and in the case of CD's the seal must not be broken. Please ensure that the items are securely packaged and return to: DSDM Consortium,Suite 7, Invicta Business Centre, Monument Way, Ashford, Kent TN24 0HB, United Kingdom. The cost of returning the items to us will be your responsibility and we recommend you use a recorded delivery service. If you have any queries, please contact

2. Items returned because they are damaged or defective

   If you are returning an item because it is damaged or defective, the item will be replaced free of charge and we will pay your costs of returning it to us. Customers wishing to return items should contact info@dsdm.org or call +44 (0)1233 501300
